Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated, responsive freelance visual and web designer to support our marketing and brand design efforts for a series of product launch moments. You'll be executing to clear, detailed briefs and we'll provide you with all our brand assets, and fast, detailed feedback so you can deliver promptly.
What You'll Achieve
Webflow/website updates

Design and build new sections or pages based on wireframes, existing templates or content outlines
Maintain and update existing layouts and site content
Implement basic animations, transitions, and visual effects

Visual marketing asset creation

Create graphics, illustrations, and product visuals for blog posts, social media, email, and website. Our current website is built in Webflow, but we may use different tools, e.g. Framer for future pages and sites
Develop short-form animations, gifs, and screen captures for use across web, social and email. These will be to showcase our products and educate users on how to get the most out of them

Requirements
What You'll Bring
You'll need a few years of experience designing for similar brands so that you understand the types of assets you'll be creating and how they'll be used. You should also be comfortable with the following tools and platforms:

Webflow and Framer for web design
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Figma
Canva: for lightweight social media visuals and repurposing content
Whatever your preferred rools are for screen captures, demo snippets

What We Expect of You

You'll be working to clear briefs, and will be provided with brand assets and guidance on how to design for the Supernormal brand. Each project will be fully briefed and submitted to you in Linear
Time zone: flexible; async-friendly team, but at least some overlap in working day with CEST is necessary for prompt feedback turnarounds
The ability to accommodate fast turnarounds on priority assets.We typically collaborate in Slack, Notion, and Linear
Start date: as soon as possible

A chance to work closely with our marketing and product design team and directly influence how our brand comes to life

A dynamic and collaborative environment focused on creativity and impact
A 1 to 6 month engagement period with the possibility to extend if things go well
Payment on an hourly basis depending on hours worked and we expect the initial time commitment to be around 5 hours per week, with some week-to-week fluctuation depending on project needs.
