Front-End Developer (mfd)

At TAXMARO were building the next generation of HR and payroll automation for modern businesses and accountants. Our platform simplifies complex processes such as time tracking absence management and payroll data preparation making HR and accounting truly collaborative digital and efficient.

Were looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to help shape the user experience of our growing product. Youll collaborate closely with designers backend developers and product managers to deliver intuitive performant and responsive interfaces used by thousands of companies and payroll experts across Germany.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain modern scalable and responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine UI / UX designs.
• Ensure high code quality through testing reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help define frontend standards and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest JavaScript tools frameworks and industry trends.

Qualifikation

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3 .
• Experience with at least one modern framework such as React or Angular .
• Solid understanding of component-based development and state management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of browser compatibility performance optimization and accessibility.
• Familiarity with Git and agile development workflows.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with 2 / 3 including Vuex / Pinia and Vue Router.
• Experience with TypeScript .
• Familiarity with testing tools (Playwright Jest Vue Test Utils Cypress).
• Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (TailwindCSS Vuetify Element Plus).
