The Hapimag Resort in Binz on the island of Rügen is just a few steps from the fine-sandy Baltic Sea beach. It features 185 holiday apartments, a restaurant, wellness facilities, and an indoor pool.

We are looking immediately for a dedicated individual to strengthen our Reception Team, who will support our team and welcome our guests with a smile.

What you can expect

Leading and developing a team
Execution and control of check-in and check-out
Main contact person and support for our guests at the reception
Processing reservation inquiries, cash management, invoice controls, and daily closing
Active upselling and organization of our Honesty Shop
Participation in optimizing quality assurance and guest satisfaction
Close cooperation with all departments and adherence to our company standards
