Job Description:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and talented designer (m/f/d) to optimize and redesign our digital products: websites and apps. If you have an eye for aesthetic design and a talent for user experience, then you are exactly what we are looking for!

Your Tasks

• Expanding and further developing existing websites, redesigning them, and creating new web products, apps, and brands.
• Creating intuitive and appealing user interfaces (UI) considering the user experience (UX).
• Designing and creating animated graphics and videos to enhance interaction and guide users through our digital products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integrity of design standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Proactively managing our B2C websites for survey participants in 74 countries with over 2 million active users, taking responsibility for design and user experiences and driving continuous improvements and innovations.
• Conducting user research and usability tests independently to gain insights and identify optimization potentials.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in designing websites and apps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-centered mindset.
• Highest knowledge of common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, LottieFiles).
• Independent working style and strong communication (also in English) and teamwork skills.
