Tasks
- Drive Platform Innovation
Build cutting-edge features for our customer-facing people analytics platform that transforms how organizations understand their workforce
Ship complete end-to-end features from database to UI - at peopleIX, full-stack means owning the entire feature lifecycle
Shape the future of HR technology by developing both frontend and backend solutions in our fast-growing startup environment
- Work with Modern Technology
Leverage our advanced TypeScript-based tech stack, including the T3 Stack (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, tRPC)
Integrate AI capabilities with our proprietary AI agent Tira to redefine how users interact with people analytics
- Collaborate and Deliver
Partner directly with clients to rapidly ship features and iterate based on real-world feedback
Work in close collaboration with our CTO, Product, Data Science, and cross-functional teams
Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Shape Our Future
Play a pivotal role in defining our engineering culture, team dynamics, and development practices
Have significant influence on technical decisions and product direction as we scale
Contribute to building a world-class engineering organization from the ground up
Requirements
Required Experience (3+ years):
- Frontend: Proficient with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
- Backend: Experience building APIs with Node.js
- Database: Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Product Development: Track record of shipping user-facing features in production
- Mindset: You operate with a strong sense of ownership, building features across the stack in fast-moving, high-trust environments
Bonus Points:
- Experience with tRPC, Prisma, or similar type-safe APIs and ORMs
- Previous startup experience
- B2B SaaS product development
- Hands-on experience with building AI-powered (agentic) experiences
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or experience orchestrating AI agents (Devin, Copilot Coding Agent) to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality
