GASP Area Manager – Central & Eastern Europe (Trail Running & Outdoor)

NNormal was founded through the partnership between Camper and Kilian Jornet.

To support this growth, we are looking for a GASP Area Manager to lead and develop our business across Germany, Austria, and Central & Eastern Europe (including Poland and potentially other markets).

This role reports directly to the Global Wholesale Director and plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy and execution across Central and Eastern Europe.

Your Mission

As GASP Area Manager, you will be fully responsible for the commercial development and brand expansion of NNormal in your territory. Your role combines strategic market development, key account management, and sales team leadership.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing NNormal’s revenue and market presence across Germany, Austria, and Eastern European countries
  • Managing and developing key strategic accounts directly
  • Leading, recruting, coordinating, and motivating our network of sales agents in the region
  • Expanding NNormal’s presence across specialist retail and partner networks
  • Building and strengthening long-term brand image and positioning in the trail running and outdoor market
  • Implementing commercial strategies aligned with global brand objectives
  • Acting as a key market voice internally, sharing insights, opportunities, and feedback

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in sales management or area management, ideally in sports, outdoor, or performance footwear/apparel
  • Strong knowledge of the German-speaking markets and ideally Central & Eastern Europe
  • Experience managing agents or indirect sales networks
  • Strong commercial mindset with a long-term, brand-driven approach
  • Passion for trail running, outdoor sports, and performance products
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German (mandatory) and English (mandatory)
  • Additional languages (e.g. Spanish or other Eastern European languages) are highly appreciated
