Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Experience team in delivering top-tier assistance for sales and aftersales queries and provide outstanding level-2 customer service as required
• Provide expert technical assistance and resolve high-level customer complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and improve internal and client processes, spot TUIs and emerging issues, provide constant feedback on processes, and share ideas for improvement
• Be an expert in processes and product knowledge and serve as a role model for your team
• Act as an interface with Markets, internal departments, and third-party vendors according to required procedures and policies, and maintain all data for resolutions

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German, with advanced proficiency in English
• Knowledge and skills with most commonly used Customer Engagement platforms (MS Office, Salesforce, Jira, SAP) are highly desirable
• Effective time-management skills to be able to hit client\'s SLA and KPIs
• Proven experience of delivering customer excellence
• Able and available to travel in Europe upon request
