Drive Sales Growth and Achieve KPIs

The role of Sales Manager is to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within a specified region. This includes developing new business opportunities, preparing contracts, and negotiating pricing in close alignment with internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share within the assigned region
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Act as primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems
  • Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy

Your Profile

  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or related Engineering discipline combined with 5+ years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components with ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers
  • Communication & Interpersonal Competence: Fluent English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required
