We are looking for a Global Clinical Sales Excellence Manager , a strategic leader who will build and scale our global training academy from the ground up. In this role, you will design the vision, structure, and programs that develop outstanding sales skills and robust clinical expertise across our organization and partner network. You will shape training methodologies, create impactful curricula, and ensure our teams and distributors worldwide are empowered with the knowledge needed to drive customer value and commercial success.

Your Key Responsibilities

Training & Learning Development

  • Build and implement a modern blended-learning ecosystem, including HQ-based sales training, e‑learning concepts, and train‑the‑trainer programs
  • Design and validate global training content (PPTs, scripts, e-learning inputs)
  • Participate in global training video recordings for international sales teams
  • Develop and support local trainers in distribution networks and subsidiaries

Product Lifecycle & Clinical Support

  • Provide structured feedback during the entire product lifecycle
  • Conduct clinical evaluations, prototype reviews, and field test assessments
  • Contribute to risk assessments and clinical evaluation report development
  • Support marketing with scientifically sound clinical claims for marketing materials

Strategic Input & Customer Insights

  • Analyze how products of the Stiegelmeyer Group meet clinical needs and identify improvement areas
  • Define what clinical evidence is needed to support strategic messaging
  • Provide input for customer‑need–driven product solutions
  • Shape clinical communication strategies and messages for global product launches
  • Drive the clinical content development for launches and ongoing product support

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant paramedical field (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy – or similar)
  • 5–10 years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospital or institutional care
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience (sales, marketing, clinical education, or similar)
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) – business level
  • Any additional language (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese) is a strong plus
  • Strong communicator and educator with the ability to translate clinical insight into compelling training
  • Confident presenter with a structured, engaging delivery style
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally and globally
  • Passion for improving clinical practice through education and evidence-based messaging
  • Strong entrepreneurial mind‑set with the ability to lead people and build a global academy
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 35%
