Global Employer Branding Lead (m/f/d)

About The Job

As Global Employer Branding Lead you will define and activate Allianz Technology’s global Tech Employee Value Proposition (EVP), position the company as an employer of choice for top tech talent. In this role, you’re trusted to turn employer brand into a strategic talent lever by engaging talent, delivering authentic people stories, elevating candidate experience, strengthening external employer brand reputation and building partnerships – all of which help accelerate the delivery of the People & Sustainability Strategy.

What You Do

  • Define and activate Tech Employer Value Proposition (EVP), validate, refine and maximize effectiveness with the necessary campaigns or activation in key markets.
  • Establish and govern strategic external partnerships with universities, start-ups, NGOs, to supercharge Employer Brand and enhance access to tech talent pipelines.
  • Own the strategy and evolution of career website for best‑in‑class candidate experience and effective storytelling.
  • Develop strategy to effectively represent Allianz Technology at necessary/key events, communities, and forums in line with workforce priorities.
  • Build recognition strategy to enhance Allianz Technology position as employer of choice and great place to work.
  • Partner with Talent Advisory, Talent Experience and Country TA teams, Group Employer Brand and Communication teams to ensure consistency in EVP and attraction efforts along the candidate journey.

What You Bring

  • Experience (5+ years) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
  • Experienced in designing and activating global employer brand strategy in complex, matrixed organization delivering it from strategy to reality.
  • Experience in building or managing partnership strategy with universities.
  • Has exposure to the process of external awards i.e. best place to work.
  • Familiarity with tech talent market persona’ and skills‑led transformation is preferable.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, candidate journeys, and user experience.
  • Experienced in leading cross‑functional initiatives or projects across teams.
  • Able to influence, engage and navigate stakeholders across various levels.
  • Team player, with curiosity to identify and propose practices that elevate the overall People & Culture function.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
