Your Tasks

With us, you will have the opportunity to experience the perfect mix of HR and marketing while contributing your creative and analytical skills. As part of our team, you will support us in the following areas:

• Managing and further developing our global Corporate Influencer Program
• Creating innovative HR marketing formats with a strong focus on social media
• Analyzing website usage data and translating data-driven insights into continuous improvements of structure and user experience
• Managing employer branding projects to successfully position our employer brand #CareChangesEverything among talents

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, e.g. Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources or currently taking a gap year
• First practical experience in the fields of HR and/or marketing
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Open-minded, communicative and hands‑on personality
• Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg for the duration of the internship
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
