As Global Engineering Director, you will lead the strategic engineering and growth initiatives for the Automotive & Transportation segment, shaping innovation and delivering technical solutions on a global scale. You will define go‑to‑market strategies, craft engineering‑led value propositions, and collaborate with regional teams to execute growth plans. This role allows you to anticipate market trends, build strategic partnerships, and influence the development of cutting‑edge technologies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering capabilities and market objectives, driving measurable impact. Accountabilities

• Lead the global demand creation and go‑to‑market strategy for the Automotive & Transportation segment
• Anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Develop and implement engineering‑led value propositions tailored to segment applications

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Automotive & Transportation or related technology industries
