Global Functions Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/x)

Tasks

• Interview Tools, Guides & Hiring Documentation – Support the development and maintenance of interview tools, hiring documentation, and DEIB‑related materials, including communications linked to the ATS change
• Employer Brand & Internal Talent Visibility – Support employer brand activity and internal talent visibility through content creation, vacancy promotion, Smartspace updates, and engagement tracking
• Vacancy Support – Provide coordination, administration, and reporting support to recruiters during periods of high hiring demand
• NGT Support – Support NGT programmes through data tracking, process documentation, reporting, and event coordination

Qualifications

• Studying HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or similar, with interest in talent acquisition or early careers.
• Strong written skills with attention to detail
• Well organised and confident supporting coordination, documentation, and basic data tracking using Excel or similar tools.
• Fluent English and interest in data/business applications
