We are looking for a forward-thinking Industry X Functional Leader to help transform industrial sectors through the strategic use of Data, AI, and agentic technologies on Google Cloud . This leadership role will play a critical part in redefining how products are designed, manufactured, and serviced in modern industrial environments.

Working with global clients across manufacturing and industrial sectors, you will help organizations unlock the full potential of cloud, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation to accelerate digital transformation and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of industrial operations, cloud platforms, and AI technologies with a strong vision for the future of Industry X and intelligent enterprise transformation.

You Will

Drive Strategic Transformation
You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to leverage Google Cloud’s data, AI, and agentic capabilities to reinvent industrial processes and enable next-generation digital operations. You will advise senior leadership on aligning technology initiatives with business priorities to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Enable Data and AI Integration
You will lead the design and implementation of modern data architectures on Google Cloud , enabling capabilities such as digital twins and digital threads to enhance visibility and operational insights across industrial value chains. You will drive the use of advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize product design, engineering, manufacturing, and service operations.

Lead Agentic Transformation
You will champion the deployment of AI-powered agents and generative AI technologies to automate and enhance industrial workflows, improve productivity, and create new digital business models. Your focus will include identifying innovative use cases that deliver measurable value across industrial operations.

Drive Organizational Change
You will support the adoption of emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous innovation and digital fluency. This includes developing enablement and training initiatives that prepare the workforce to operate effectively in AI-driven industrial environments .

Collaborate Across Ecosystems
You will work closely with engineering, IT, data science, and business teams to deliver transformative programs. You will also collaborate with a broad ecosystem of technology partners and solution providers to bring cutting-edge capabilities to our clients.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline .

• 15+ years of leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives within complex industrial organizations.

• Strong understanding of industrial processes , including product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing operations.

• Experience working with cloud platforms and data analytics technologies .

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline .

• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its portfolio of data, AI, and machine learning services .

• Demonstrated success implementing AI, IoT, and agentic technologies in industrial environments .

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deep understanding of Industry X principles , including the convergence of digital and physical systems in modern industrial operations.
