The Global People Experience Senior Specialist is a senior role within our People Experience Team, responsible for coordinating and overseeing end-to-end daily operations across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures operational excellence, consistency, and compliance across countries, directly supporting Oviva’s mission by creating a reliable, high-quality employee experience grounded in care, accuracy, and accountability.
As a senior member of the pillar, the Specialist coordinates core operational processes including employment contracts, employee changes (promotions, FTE changes, transfers), sickness administration, and documentation management. They ensure smooth operational onboarding and offboarding (documentation, systems setup, compliance steps) and take ownership of accurate and timely payroll inputs, meeting all payroll cut-off deadlines. The Senior Specialist oversees ticket management and SLA adherence across countries, ensuring timely and consistent responses to employee queries.
They are accountable for managing deadlines, safeguarding data accuracy, and maintaining process continuity through a structured global backup model. Beyond executing tasks, this role is responsible for coordinating work within the pillar, prioritising activities, monitoring workload distribution, and ensuring high standards of delivery.
By driving operational discipline and cross-country consistency, the People Experience Senior Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening trust in People processes and enabling the broader organisation to operate effectively and compliantly.
