Global Process Owner - Social Media & Sprinklr

Salary: up to €100,000 + bonus

What You'll Be Responsible For

The ideal candidate will own the framework and infrastructure that ensures our global social media presence is compliant, efficient, and scalable.

• Global Compliance Framework: Establish, communicate, and ensure adherence to a comprehensive worldwide social governance framework. This involves converting internal policies and external regulations (e.g., data privacy) into clear standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational risk controls across all markets.
• Sprinklr Process Design: Design, build, and maintain all scalable workflows within the Sprinklr platform, including content approval logic, routing rules, taxonomy structures, and User Access Management (UAM), ensuring system consistency and operational efficiency for global and local teams.
• Platform Administration Mastery: Serve as the lead Sprinklr administrator, taking full ownership of platform configuration. This includes user provisioning, managing roles and permissions, and configuring key modules (e.g., publishing, moderation, listening, case management, and reporting).
• Optimization and Hygiene: Drive continuous end-to-end platform optimization, managing automation rules, maintaining data quality, and implementing structured change management processes with regular system audits to ensure technical hygiene.
• Legal & IT Integration: Partner closely with Legal, IT, and Information Security teams to operationalize all relevant privacy and data security regulations (such as GDPR). This includes leading user support, creating essential platform documentation, and providing input for internal training programs.

Candidate Profile: Who You Are

We are seeking a specialist who combines technical platform mastery with a strong compliance mindset.

• Sprinklr Enterprise Expert: A proven specialist in managing the Sprinklr platform within a complex, global enterprise, with a track record of successfully establishing and scaling governance, operational processes, and administrative best practices.
• Technical Platform Fluency: Possesses a deep, hands‑on understanding of social platforms and expert‑level configuration skills across core Sprinklr modules (publishing, moderation, listening, case management, and dashboard reporting).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Compliance‑savvy, with practical knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA, data minimization, etc.) and experience successfully integrating legal and security controls with platform operations.
• Scalable Program Manager: An exceptionally organized program leader skilled at prioritizing technical roadmaps, aligning diverse stakeholders, conducting audits and post‑mortems, and driving continuous process improvement at scale.
• Collaborative Communicator: A proactive, solution‑oriented communicator (fluent in English; German is a plus), adept at cross‑functional partnership and capable of effectively training and supporting non‑technical team members and partners.
