What you'll do

• Define and lead the roadmap, focusing on service processes at the interface of Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys and SAP
• Drive the design and integration with our company-wide business transformation program in the contact-to-closure process area
• Work closely with cross-functional teams of Business and IT colleagues to deliver impactful product features and steering mechanisms through major and continuous release cycles
• Leverage your expertise in service processes to translate customer needsintovaluable product features of our digital ecosystem
• Use state-of-the-art technology and collaboration tools to connect physical and digital customer experiences, driving innovation in service processes

Who you are

• You are able to balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• You have in-depthunderstanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its role in delivering customer-facing solutions and a state-of-the-art workplace for our service representatives
• You are skilled in contact center and service processes, with expertise on leveraging contact center (Genesys) and ERP (SAP) integrations for optimization
• You have a proven ability to inspire and achieve results with cross-functional teams
• You thrive in team environments, working closely with Business and IT colleagues to achieve shared goals
