We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Talent Management professional who is eager to take the next step and grow into broader Talent & Learning responsibilities.
As a Global Talent Manager, you enable the growth of TOMRA Recycling by leading the global Talent Acquisition function (including two direct reports) and ensuring high‑quality hiring for critical and senior roles. You translate business needs into effective global strategies across hiring, development, performance, and succession – building a strong internal talent pipeline and supporting a modern, learning‑oriented culture. Alongside leading TA, you progressively take on broader Talent Management and Learning responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, bring self‑drive, flexibility, and high personal standards, and enjoy working with people across cultures and functions. You combine strong TA expertise with curiosity and ambition to grow into Talent & Learning topics such as succession planning, capability development, performance evaluation, and organizational diagnostics.
Please apply by sending us your CV, a short motivation letter with a few words about yourself, and why you are interested in the position and joining TOMRA.
We look forward to meeting you!
