Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Finance, Private Equity
Location: Frankfurt (4 days in office)

What to Expect: In this role, you will support our Partners in executing full-cycle search mandates, working closely under the guidance of our Head of DACH. You’ll play a key role in market research, candidate development, and project coordination – with a focus on C-level and C-1/2 roles within the Private Equity space. This is a client-facing role, though it does not involve business development responsibilities.

Search Execution & Research

• Conduct market analysis and in-depth research to support the overall search strategy
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future mandates
• Identify, reach out to, and screen potential candidates
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and relevant transactions within the Private Equity CFO landscape
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Draft and refine job descriptions and candidate briefing documents
• Prepare weekly progress reports and project updates

What You Bring:

• Experience in a talent sourcing/recruiting role or executive search firm. Experience sourcing C-Suite talent is preferred but not essential.
• German fluency is essential
• Excellent communication and strong project management skills
• A passion for working with people and building lasting relationships
• A results-driven and structured approach to work
• You thrive in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment – you work in a highly organized manner and maintain clarity under pressure
