How you will create an impact

  • Continuous improvement of the global quality system with a focus on best practices, process harmonization, and sustainability
  • Harmonization of manufacturing processes and transfer of technologies between locations from a quality perspective
  • Support the development of the global Quality community with trainings, best practice sharing and real-life improvement projects
  • Conduct plant assessments, identify quality gaps, and implement improvement measures
  • Participate in investment analysis to ensure quality compliance with the global platform
  • Monitor operational KPIs from internal and external supply chains and address root causes to prevent spread within the global network
  • Lead quality initiatives throughout the global footprint and in location-specific initiatives

What are we looking for

  • Degree in electrical engineering or similar (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally with additional qualifications in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Methodical competence in quality techniques: Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, APQP
  • In-depth expertise in the manufacture of transformers or similar technologies
  • Experience in managing complex improvement projects with strong leadership skills
  • Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and strong communication skills
  • Business fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel internationally
