• Act as a finance business partner to business units in Germany and internationally: steer forecasting and budgeting cycles, perform variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support management decisions
• Enhance, standardize, and scale Group reporting and KPI dashboards
• Drive the digitization and automation of finance processes and the finance tool landscape
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and special initiatives

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; several years of relevant experience in business controlling/FP&A
• Excellent analytical skills; diligent and structured way of working
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Jedox, Qlik, or comparable BI and planning tools
• Strong technical aptitude and a customer- and service-oriented mindset
• Ideally, familiarity with SaaS/subscription KPIs (e.g., ARR, MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, ACV/TCV) and experience with private-equity investor reporting
