About our client

Our client is a leading European venture capital firm with a strong track record of backing technology companies across the continent. With a focus on B2B tech, particularly verticals such as deeptech, climatetech, mobility, and software / AI, the firm invests from early stages through to later-stage scaling.

To further strengthen their Munich office, the team is looking to add an Growth Investment Manager who will play a key role in expanding the growth investment strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an investor with late-stage investment experience, a strong analytical foundation, deep passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. What the job involves

• End-to-end responsibility for growth-stage investments, from sourcing and evaluation to execution and portfolio value creation
• Leading due diligence processes, building investment theses, and preparing materials for investment committee decisions focused on growth opportunities
• Supporting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, follow‑on financing, and exit readiness
• Developing and leveraging a strong network within the European growth and late-stage tech ecosystem to identify high‑potential opportunities
• Actively shaping the firm's growth investment strategy and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and culture

Who we are looking for

• Outstanding academic background from a top‑tier university
• 3-5 years of experience in growth equity, late‑stage VC, and / or investment banking with exposure to high‑growth tech companies
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, paired with solid commercial acumen
• High intellectual curiosity and a proactive, self‑starting attitude
• Collaborative, empathetic, and communicative team player
• Genuine passion for startups, innovation, and emerging technologies
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
