Investment Manager (m/f/d) – Tech‑Focused Private Equity

An entrepreneurial private equity firm focused on technology‑driven and digital growth businesses is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join its investment team.

The firm partners with ambitious founders and management teams to accelerate growth, scale innovation, and create long-term sustainable value. Investments focus on scalable, tech‑enabled business models across the DACH region and broader Europe.

Your Responsibilities

As an Investment Manager, you will take a leading role across the full investment lifecycle:

• Proactively source investment opportunities in technology and digital sectors
• Conduct market mapping and thematic research across priority tech verticals
• Lead financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence processes
• Develop and present investment cases to the Investment Committee
• Support transaction execution, including structuring and negotiations
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify strategic growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, advisors, and co‑investors

Your Profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting
• Strong exposure to technology, software, digital platforms, or tech‑enabled services
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to assess scalability and competitive positioning
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
