• Proactive Risk Intelligence & Crisis Mitigation – Implement real‑time monitoring of industry and brand sentiment, design predictive risk assessment frameworks, and neutralize emerging crises.
• Cross‑Functional Synergy & Resource Optimization – Collaborate cross‑functionally with business and marketing units to align PR strategies with operational goals and maximize campaign ROI.
