MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, with understanding of the Works Constitution Act and Social Law.
Experience in Talent Management within an international environment.
Solid understanding of HR Operations and processes across the employee lifecycle.
Proven leadership experience (disciplinary and functional).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
Service‑minded, proactive, hands‑on, and passionate about HR topics.
Culturally open and able to work effectively in a multicultural European/Korean environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data clearly.
Define and lead the overall People & Organization strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.
Translate company objectives into actionable workforce, talent, and organizational development initiatives.
Advise Executive Management on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, culture, and risk mitigation.
Lead, coach, and develop the two Team Leaders (People & Talent and Employee Services).
Create a unified and high‑trust department culture that promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee talent, leadership, and succession programs, ensuring data‑driven Talent Acquisition and capability development.
Ensure excellent People operations, HR administration, payroll governance, and legal compliance across all supported countries.
Lead employee relations and act as senior counterpart to the Works Council.
Drive engagement, culture, and total rewards initiatives to strengthen employee experience and retention.
Use people analytics and KPIs to steer decisions, implement modern HR tools, and build a future‑ready People & Organization function.
