Requirements:

1. Ability to independently understand the tasks and plan your work, find missing information, assess the priorities of tasks, actively and efficiently communicate with the team to achieve the company's goals and achieve the required result on time,
2. Specialized education in mechanical engineering, quality control, welding, installation technologies or comparable,
3. Knowledge of industry standards for mechanical engineering, manufacturing and installation, quality management system standards,
4. Experience in audits and inspections,
5. Knowledge of the quality management system, experience in managing processes, procedures, documentation;
6. Knowledge of English and, optionally, German;
7. Skills in working with VPN, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Slack, Trello and Aconex, Assai, Autodesk, Meridian document management systems.

Working conditions:
Remote, independent, high-performance work with daily short team calls and weekly organizational
meetings. Working hours: 4 or 8 hours a day. Time zone: CET. Tasks in Trello, communication in Slack, documentation on OneDrive.
Responsibilities:
This is a remote position in a project team in construction projects of energy, chemical and oil and gas facilities,
located in Germany or Europe. If desired, mobilization to customer sites is possible. You will be responsible for:

1. Daily coordination of meetings with customers in Outlook and Teams, as well as with the company team in Slack and OneDrive,
2. Daily processing of incoming correspondence and tasks from project participants in English or German,
3. Creation and verification of technical quality documentation for projects,
4. Ensuring compliance with technical and procedural standards and quality requirements,
5. Administrative support for non-conformities or defects,
6. Coordination of audits and inspections,
7. Reporting on work performed, tasks completed and results obtained.

You will also collaborate with project teams and be responsible for resolving any quality issues. Your attention to detail and knowledge of quality control processes will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
