Head of Finance and Accounting

We are looking for a hands‑on leader to run and elevate our accounting function across multiple legal entities and sites. This role leads the accounting team, ensures high-quality closings, and drives process and system improvements (including SAP implementation).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensure compliant and reliable reporting (HGB / IFRS).
• Standardize and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Drive digitalisation and automation in finance, including ERP (SAP) implementation.
• Collaborate closely with operations and corporate teams to streamline workflows.

Profile

• 8+ years in accounting/finance leadership roles, ideally in a multi-entity or manufacturing setup.
• Strong expertise in HGB and IFRS.
• Proven experience rolling out SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on leader who loves improving processes and developing people.
• Fluent in German and English.
