Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to advise on corporate real estate matters. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting complex real estate transactions and development projects across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent legal advice on real estate transactions, developments, leases, and property management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and lease agreements.
• Support due diligence activities for property transactions, including those linked to M&A projects.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in real estate law to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Conduct legal research and prepare expert opinions and memoranda on real estate and liability issues.

Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer with expertise in real estate law.
• Several years of experience in an international corporate environment or law firm.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating real estate and lease contracts.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
