Head of Product Management Localization and Market Adaption (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Work with local farmers and dealers to adapt or develop products to the local needs of customers to grow market share
• Take ownership of order intake, sales, and P&L from conception to phase‑out
• Communicate product‑line management strategies to upper management
• Highlight product values and create sales pitches (incl. product presentations & trainings)
• Implement new concepts and business models around products
• Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence – steer market share development
• Target breakdown and ambition level by product line; track, monitor, and report product sales
• Monitor and track market requirements to meet growth targets
• Responsibility for product pricing and margin

Qualifications

• University degree in Agriculture, Business Development, and/or Marketing, or comparable experience
• At least 3 years of leadership experience within the agricultural sector, specializing in sales or product management, if no formal degree
• Experience in change processes and fast‑changing organizations
• Proven background in managing global teams
• Professional experience enacting change within a matrix organization
• Strong communication, leadership, and accountability skills
• Proven “can‑do” attitude to go beyond the regular scope of responsibilities
• Ability to use own initiative
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Fluent in English; German is a benefit

Position is global and located in Germany (Bönen near Dortmund) or USA (Romeoville or Galesville). Start as soon as possible.
