Job Description

• Process Design: Establish end-to-end customer journey processes for Xiaomi’s new retail model in the European automotive market.
• Standards Development: Create SOPs around the customer journey, set up effective evaluation and supervision mechanisms for European stores, and ensure implementation.
• Solution Delivery: Support new product launches in Europe, develop retail solutions, and take ownership of execution.
• Team Building: Responsible for building and leading the European retail operations team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of frontline retail store experience.
• At least 3 years of retail operations experience in middle‑office or head‑office roles.
• Over 3 years of experience in direct or quasi‑direct retail business models; experience in building operations from 0 to 1 is a strong plus.
