You'll be part of the Group People team based at Bauer Media Group's headquarters in Hamburg. We work closely with Centers of Expertise in Total Rewards, Talent, People Operations, and Transformation Enablement, as well as legal and publishing colleagues. Together, we enable strategic HR initiatives that support our business and people objectives across multiple functions.

The difference you will make

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in the Corporate Center, aligning business and people strategies. Your expertise will help shape organizational design, talent development, and engagement initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR matters including employment law, compensation, and development.
• Implement people strategies that drive organizational performance.
• Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with CoEs on talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and HR policies.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international, matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Analytical, process-driven, and proactive working style.
• Experience with HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
