As our HR Business Partner for Germany you’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our teams to thrive. You’ll work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with our goals, foster a strong company culture, and ensure we remain a great place to work.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Support organizational design and workforce planning to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
Drive performance management cycles coaching managers on goal setting feedback and development conversations.
Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives including surveys action planning and follow‑up.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company values and legal requirements.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies working closely with legal and compliance teams.
Support diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Act as a liaison between employees and leadership promoting transparency and trust.

Your profile

You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced international environment and enjoys building strong people‑first workplaces. Here’s what we’re looking for:

About 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to coach, influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
German and English C1 level or higher in both.
Experience working with HR data and analytics tools is a plus.
A proactive hands‑on mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A genuine passion for people culture and continuous improvement.
