HR Operation Analyst

Work for the onsite HR service center in Alibaba overseas, responsible for onsite support on all HR service‐related issues for Alibaba overseas employees in Asia, Europe, and the United States, which includes:

Responsibilities

• Staff onboarding
• Staff off‑boarding
• Cross‑border transfer
• Within‑country transfer
• Document management
• Document request
• Verification letter
• Leave management
• Data maintenance
• Business visa application
• Payroll and benefit data support
• HR related issue consulting

Requirements

• 2–5 years of HR generalist work experience or HR service center work experience
• Fluent English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities, underscored by meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated excellence in roles that require an emphasis on client service, analytical reasoning, and advanced communication capabilities
• Fluent Mandarin and German skills are preferred
