Position Overview

FrontWell Solutions is seeking adaptable and detail-oriented professionals to join our team across key business functions, including Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management, and related business functions. In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day operational excellence and support critical business activities within a regulated and fast-paced life sciences environment. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and help drive efficient, compliant, and high‑quality outcomes across the organisation. Professional fluency in German is preferred, alongside strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational activities within the assigned function, aligned to business needs and experience level.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver efficient and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvement, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder support as required by the role.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all assigned work.
  • Support internal initiatives, reporting, and day‑to‑day tasks relevant to the function.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute flexibly across a dynamic business environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in one or more of the following functions: Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management, or related business functions.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in German is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with common business tools and systems relevant to the function.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support broader team objectives.
  • Experience in a regulated, consulting, or life sciences environment is an advantage.
