Information Technology Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, spanning market research through contract negotiation. Serve as a procurement advisor, guiding internal teams on best practices and value‑focused sourcing approaches. Oversee procurement projects ranging from routine supplier renewals to complex, high‑value negotiations. Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations to support informed decision‑making. Drive or support supplier negotiations to secure the most favorable commercial outcomes. Analyze procurement data and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Participate in contract development, risk assessment, and compliance review processes. Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with corporate goals.

Your profile:

Over 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management, preferably in consulting or advisory environments. Proven negotiation capabilities, including managing supplier contracts and driving cost‑optimization initiatives. Strong business and consulting mindset, able to assess challenges and develop structured, strategic solutions. Genuine interest in IT, technology, and emerging trends in digital procurement. Skilled at managing multiple priorities while demonstrating adaptability, strategic thinking, and effective problem‑solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—clear, persuasive, and tactful. Strong analytical and project management skills, complemented by a meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in English is required, fluency in German is nice to have.
