IT Service Desk Analyst/ IT Support Cologne, Germany Contract- 12months duration

The Role Working with out client based full-time at our Cologne office, you'll provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal employees, diagnosing and resolving everything from day-to-day software queries to more complex hardware and infrastructure issues.

What You'll Be Doing Handling IT support requests Troubleshooting hardware and software issues -laptops, PCs, smartphones, more Managing incidents and requests end-to-end in ServiceNow Supporting users across Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and mobile platforms Administering user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD Working with endpoint management tools including Intune and SCCM Escalating complex issues to the infrastructure team where necessary Maintaining asset records and contributing to IT documentation

What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk/ Support/ or call centre environment Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Knowledge of Windows 11 and mobile platforms Experience with identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, MFA, SSO) ITIL qualification is a bonus but not essential

A Few More Things to Know This is a fully on-site role based in Cologne — remote working is not available Fluency in English and German is essential
