🔧 IT Support Engineer (Level 1) – Contract
📍 Location: Essen, Germany
🕒 Start: ASAP | Duration: 6 months (extendable)
💶 Rate: Up to €200/Day
🗣️ Languages: B2 German & English
📛 Required: Valid NTA or NPP access certification

We're looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join a project in the nuclear energy sector. You'll be supporting IT infrastructure in a secure Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) environment, so a valid access certification (NTA or NPP) is essential.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and basic networking
• Support secure systems in a high-compliance nuclear environment
• Escalate issues and document resolutions
• Ensure adherence to safety and IT protocols

🔍 Requirements:

• Experience in IT/Desktop Support (1+ year preferred)
• Valid NTA or NPP access certificate (must)
• Solid troubleshooting (Windows OS, MS Office, networking)
• Experience in regulated/secure environments is a plus
• At least B2 in German and English
• Must be available to start immediately
