Inside Sales Manager, A-CH

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Achieving (exceeding) quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territories;
  • Selling the Kaspersky products and services, including through partners, to small and medium business (SMB) end customers in the territory, covering new customer acquisition, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities;
  • Conducting regular calls with current and potential customers to promote the Kaspersky solutions and services;
  • Processing leads and overseeing lead-handling quality by partners in the territory;
  • Monitoring pilot projects for key solutions carried out by partners in the territory;
  • Handling deal-registration requests from the Kaspersky partners within assigned territories and meeting SLA requirements for processing these requests;
  • Participating as a speaker in distributor events for the Kaspersky partners to inform and train them;
  • Participating as a speaker in partner events for customers / potential customers to promote the Kaspersky solutions and services;
  • Building trusted relationships with business owners and senior IT and security leaders in SMB companies;
  • Being responsible for revenue growth in the SMB segment within the territory;
  • Consistently articulating the Kaspersky value proposition to partners and end customers in the territory;
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing programs to generate interest and awareness among potential SMB customers;
  • Accurately recording all activities related to sales and interactions with partners and distributors in real time.
  • Competent oral and written speech
  • Ability to work with Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional orientation in information security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Kaspersky's product portfolio.
  • Knowledge of Kaspersky solutions licensing rules.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply Kaspersky transaction registration programs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of the Kaspersky affiliate program.
