MISSION Are you a results-driven professional with strong commercial skills and a passion for building client relationships? Are you motivated by helping B2B partners grow their business and creating an outstanding customer experience? If yes, then we want you on board!
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to take ownership of a portfolio of B2B accounts, nurture trusted partnerships, and drive business growth through proactive account management. This role is at the heart of our sales engine, ensuring our dealers and clients receive the best support, insights, and commercial guidance to thrive with Stanley/Stella.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B customers (official dealers and partners).
- Develop and implement tailored account plans to drive revenue and brand adoption.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner for sustainable apparel solutions.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
- Analyse sales data, account performance, and customer feedback to optimize strategy and execution.
- Work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Support clients with product knowledge, sales tools, and training where relevant.
- Represent Stanley/Stella in a professional, customer-centric manner at all times.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2–4+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in textiles, fashion, or printing.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
- A proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainable fashion.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
