Inside Sales Representative (Fully Remote)

ONLY candidates located in the Northeast U.S. will be considered for this position! (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland) Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team! This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a \"closer\" mentality, we want to hear from you.

This is a fully remote phone sales position, we are looking for people who have experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.

Requirements

• Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Tech savvy + strong computer skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred.
• Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer.
• Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance.
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Reliable work ethic.

We are currently hiring for the following full-time schedules. Please note that weekend availability is mandatory for both tracks.

Full-time schedules

• Track 1: Thursday – Monday
  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Standard Shift)
• Track 2: Friday to Tuesday
  11 AM - 8 PM EST

Compensation

• Base Pay: Minimum hourly wage + commissions
• $65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
