Our team at BMW Motorrad manages Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Dealer Development, and Product Management across the European sales region, including EU and non‑EU markets. We provide hands‑on experience and encourage you to contribute ideas while gaining comprehensive insights into our business operations.

What awaits you?

• You will support the BMW Motorrad sales coordination office for the European region in planning, coordinating, and executing diverse activities.
• Furthermore, you help to develop regional sales reporting, consolidate financial and sales data, and coordinate market analyses and competitor benchmarks.
• In addition, you contribute to preparing management presentations and supporting Sales, After Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Development Area Managers in day‑to‑day business and strategic projects.
• Moreover, you will assist in organizing meetings, business trips, and company events while maintaining direct contact with process partners in marketing, finance, business development, and customer care.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in economics, engineering, business management, or a comparable field.
• First practical experience in sales or marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (matrix, pivot, macros) and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking and structured mindset.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Business fluent English; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
