They are a fast-growing online education and coaching brand offering a $7,800 YouTube Automation Program. With a strong sales and fulfillment team in place, we’re now hiring a part-time internal recruiter to help us bring on top talent across sales, marketing, and client success as we continue to scale. The MissionTo attract, assess, and hire top-tier internal talent that matches our clients culture, standards, and growth pace while keeping recruiting efficient and lean. What You’ll DoManage the full recruiting process for all internal roles like ops, VA, EA, Video editingPartner with leadership to clarify hiring needs and define scorecards.Post job ads, proactively source candidates, and screen for quality and fit.Handle first-round interviews and hand off finalists to leadership.Maintain clear candidate tracking and notes in the recruiting system.Provide concise weekly updates and pipeline visibility to leadership. Who You Are1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in online business, sales, or coaching.Comfortable running a low-volume but high-quality hiring pipeline.Excellent written and verbal communication.Organized and consistent with follow-up and documentation.Proactive and self-managed with strong ownership and initiative.Excited to grow with a fast-paced digital company as new roles open.
