With a strong sales and fulfillment team in place, we’re now hiring a part-time internal recruiter to help us bring on top talent across sales, marketing, and client success as we continue to scale.
About The RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy, driven, and detail-obsessed professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role: Internal Recruiter and Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you’ll play a critical role in building out our internal team while keeping the CEO organized, efficient, and focused on top priorities.If you thrive in high-performance environments, love talking to people, and can switch between recruiting, operations, and executive support without missing a beat — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Internal RecruitmentSource, screen, and interview candidates for roles across the company — especially sales-focused roles.Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain organized tracking systems.Conduct outreach and build relationships with candidates in the high-ticket sales, coaching, and consulting space.Write compelling job descriptions, post across job boards, and manage inbound applications.Support with offer coordination, onboarding, and maintaining hiring processes.
Executive Assistant to the CEOManage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily workflow with precision.Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and travel when needed.Draft emails, proposals, documents, and internal communications with excellent grammar and professionalism.Handle operational tasks, follow-ups, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.Maintain systems and processes to help the CEO operate at maximum efficiency.

CompensationOTE: $50,000–$70,000/year (Base + Commission)
