Internal Sales Support (m/w/d) – Shin-Etsu Silicones Europe – Germany Branch in Wiesbaden

Shin-Etsu Silicones Europe B.V. is offering an interesting job for people who would like to contribute with their organizational talent to help our B2B sales for special Silicone products in Europe to fulfill customers requirements and to achieve the sales goals. You will support one of our international sales team in Europe. You are responsible for all related administrative and marketing tasks with organizational character.

• Support the sales managers in all administrative elements of the direct sales process (not after-sales, back office)
• Prepare price application sheets and quotations for approval
• Prepare sales reports for monthly sales meeting (in coordination with Marketing report function)
• Marketing support (preparation of trade shows, business trips, publication on social medias)
• Follow-up of sample requests and project lists / communication with customers
• Support cooperation with Sales-BO-function, make sure, that relevant information is shared
• Analyze problems and suggest solutions
• Your company base will be Wiesbaden and you will report directly to the Head of Sales

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or vocational training as Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant with min 3 years experience in B2B
• Basic skills in complex sales order activities gained by “on-the-job” experience through part of professional qualification as administration specialist
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques with digital skills
• Experience in international business environment
• Interpersonal skills (relationship building, presenting)
• Strong business orientation (seeks for results)
• Team player, seeks for team cooperation
• To be able to work in autonomy, organize his/her own tasks.
• Problem solving and conflict management skills
• English business fluent
• Intercultural competence (Japan, Germany and Europe)
