We are offering a great work experience as an International Recruitment Consultant specializing in BPO industries (such as Customer Service, Call-Center, Sales & Marketing) to work from home.

Your Role

As an International Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe.

You will have full flexibility to organize your work, while benefiting from the structure and guidance of an experienced recruitment team.

What You Will Do

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World internal recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
