International Trainee – Corporate Finance & Investment (m/f/d)

This is the job:

• You will collaborate with national and international colleagues in at least one of our Regional Management units, as well as two additional teams at our Headquarters in Hamburg.
• You will become familiar with the business model of a European Non-Performing Loan Investor
• Dive deep into the operations of our holding company and actively influence daily business decisions.
• You will gain insights into international investments, transactions, portfolio analysis, and debt purchases.
• Experience a unique 3-6 month international experience through a stay abroad in one if our 25 subsidiaries.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You have a degree in finance, economics, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have gained initial professional experience through internships or similar professional endeavours.
• You possess advanced Excel skills. Expertise with programming languages or statistical tools such as R is a plus.
• You thrive on collaborating on complex finance topics with a diverse set of stakeholders. Your strengths lie in fostering team spirit and clear communication.
• The opportunity to build your intercultural skills through international experience at one of our subsidiaries abroad appeals to you.
• You have very good English skills. Speaking any other European language is a plus.
