IT Database and Application Analyst (m/f/d)

What you can look forward to as IT Database and Application Analyst (m/f/d):

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design and implement Software and Analytics/Reporting solutions.
• Develop and implement enhancements and improvements to Software and Analytics/Reporting including Databases and Interfaces.
• Maintain Solution, Monitor Performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely ongoing support.
• Provide expert-level support to end-users and address their related queries and issues.
• Implement and/or lead the implementation of Software and Analytics/Reporting strategies within the IT environment.
• Participate in global business projects.
• Analyze multiple complex business processes and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with and provide consultancy to cross-functional global teams and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with Software development and Analytics/Reporting best practices and industry trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and system functionalities.
• Perform data migration and support data mapping between systems.
• Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
• Create functional specifications and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Work independently and thoroughly to meet the requirements of the production critical environment.

Your profile as IT Database and Application Analyst (m/f/d) :

• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines – relevant experience can be a substitution of degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Database management of MS-SQL Server including Stored Procedures, Reporting Services, and implementation and support activities.
• Experience in Software development, Analytics/Reporting, and Web development including implementation and support activities.
• Expert knowledge in programming languages C#, TSQL and Data Analytics tools.
• Demonstrated capability of developing functional and/or technical specifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Provide positive contributions to a team environment.
• Independent working approach, analytical thinking and high reliability as well as willingness to work in a very dynamic working environment.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in an international team.
