IT expert / IT coordinator / IT administrator (m/f/d)
As an IT Administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining ERP systems, MS servers, VMware & SQL servers. You will also manage networks, firewalls, Veeam backup, Active Directory & O365 and optimize the IT infrastructure.

• Administration and maintenance, particularly in the areas of ERP systems, HP hardware, MS servers, networks, firewalls, and peripheral devices
• Administration of Microsoft SQL servers and virtual environments based on VMware
• Responsibility for data backup and recovery using Veeam
• Monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting of EDI processes in EDIFACT format
• User and rights management via Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
• Data evaluation and creation of reports for management
• First and second level support
• Further development of the IT infrastructure and optimization of business processes

• Successfully completed vocational training or degree in computer science or comparable IT qualification
• In-depth knowledge of EDI in EDIFACT format, administration, and network management
• Confident use of common operating systems, network protocols, and software applications
• Patience and friendliness when dealing with users
• Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and strong problem-solving skills
• Good to very good German language skills
