Join our dynamic, globally connected Finance IT team for our SHAPE+ transformation program and help shape the future of financial systems and processes at DHL. We are driven, curious and highly delivery oriented, operating in a highly visible, dynamic project environment.

Your tasks as IT Integration Architect Shape+

As an IT Integration Architect Shape+ , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the integration architecture of a large-scale finance transformation program. This program encompasses a complex landscape of SAP systems, third-party components, and legacy applications — all evolving towards a modern SaaS-based architecture.

• Designing and managing the integration architecture across a diverse and evolving system landscape.
• Ensuring end-to-end visibility and control of data flows and interfaces between all components—SAP, third‑party tools, and legacy systems
• Understanding and documenting both the functional logic and technical implementation of all interface processes.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align integration strategies with business and IT goals to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Aligning with multiple IT departments across the Group, each managing their own transformation roadmaps.
• Maintaining a holistic view of the application landscape and its evolution, ensuring integration consistency and scalability .
• Supporting interface testing, validation, monitoring and troubleshooting throughout the system lifecycle .
• Acting as a trusted advisor on integration topics, promoting best practices and integration standards .
• Supporting governance and compliance efforts related to data exchange.

Your profile

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in integration architecture within large-scale IT transformation programs in SAP Finance landscapes.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to grasp the big picture while diving deep into technical and functional interface details .
• Proven expertise in managing complex integration environments , including SAP, third‑party systems, and legacy applications.
• Strong analytical skills to grasp complex system interactions and dependencies
• Strong understanding of data flows, interface technologies, data exchange protocols , and middleware platforms .
• Experience with interface documentation (ideally LeanIX), data mapping , and integration testing .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives across multiple departments and vendors.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
