IT On Site & Trade Floor Support Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an IT On Site & Trade Floor Support Analyst for our MBE Systems in Dusseldorf.5. Responds to simple calls and enquiries from users, specialists and others and takes appropriate action within defined limits of responsibility or area of specialism to deal with processing priorities as this role includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Treasury/front office systems. Accepts escalations and initiates first-level support action, personally resolving the majority of referred problems.7. Carries out all routine tasks associated with operating and controlling the installed hardware and software within the trading floor. This may include multiple hardware or software platforms. Uses standard procedures and tools to carry out daily tasks.**Essential Responsibilities Onsite Support** 1. Takes part in activities and tasks within IT On-Site Support Team including other activities and tasks which fall under the remit of IT Service Delivery.10. Contribute to the day-to-day operations of IT-infrastructure and Applications by executing daily operational tasks14. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.- Appreciates the wider field of information systems, and how own role relates to other roles and to the business of the employer or client.- Experience working within a systems office within a financial organization in a Trading Floor environment.- Degree Educated (preferably Computer Science or similar) or similar experience. **Functional / Technical Competencies** - Good knowledge of ServiceNow..- Knowledge of different IT platforms (Vmware, Citrix, VDI)- Knowledge of networks and IT security.- Proven strong knowledge of LSEG products(Reuters/Refinitiv) and Bloomberg Desktop applications, trading systems knowledge and understanding of trade flow, Equities and FX products knowledge a must. Other market data-trading products as well as experience with Windows server. IPC Dealerboard, Citrix, firewall,Wyse, STP. Trader workstation hardware Amulet Blade LINUX-UNIX and VDI knowledge.· Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market including bonus payment;· Contribution to capital forming benefits (“Vermögenswirksame Leistungen”);· Corporate benefits;
